Move-Out Notice

This letter serves as official notice of your intent to vacate your apartment.


    Per the terms of your lease agreement, residents are required to provide a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice, effective the first day of the month prior to the intended move-out date. Notices received the 1st through the 5th of the month will be honored as if received on the 1st. If notice is received after the 5th, it will be considered INVALID and must be resubmitted on the 1st of the following month.

    Example: To vacate on November 30, notice must be received no later than October 5.


    Please remember the following:

    • You are responsible for rent, utilities, and all lease obligations through the end of your notice period.
    • The apartment must be returned in clean and undamaged condition.
    • Any charges for damages, cleaning, or unpaid balances will be deducted from your security deposit as outlined in your lease.
    • A final inspection will be conducted after you vacate. Please schedule a time with the leasing office if you would like to be present.
    • All keys, remotes, and access devices must be returned to the leasing office by your move-out date.
