How much is the application fee and deposit?
What do you require of your prospects?
All prospect must pass a credit, background check and have a salary of 3 times the market rent.
What do I pay to apply?
Application fee $60.00 per person and $300.00 reservation fee (reverts to deposit after move-in)
What are the lease terms?
Minimum 12 months
What form of payment do you accept?
Rent is paid through our online payment portal
Are any utilities included?
Electric, water, sewer, and trash are the responsibility of the resident
Does each apartment have a garage?
YES!
